Main Course
- Festive Hand Carved Crown of Dorset Turkey with sage, onion, and cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets, and chefs’ golden gravy
- Homemade beef bourguignon Prime beef slowly braised in red wine, with carrots, onions, garlic, and bacon lardons
- Hunters Chicken Supreme of chicken wrapped in bacon and smothered in melted cheese and barbecue sauce
- Slow Roasted Loin of Pork served with Yorkshire pudding, apple and apricot stuffing, and chefs cider gravy
- Supreme of Salmon En-Croute served with a classic prawn and mushroom sauce
- Curried Sweet Potato, spinach and Butternut Squash Pie served with chef’s vegetarian gravy
